Vintage 40’s stunning light brown wool fascinator, pillow box , cocktail hat .. quite the statement piece with the sexy black birdcage netting down over the front of the face .. it has a large textured brown bow on the back with a large array of black feathers coming off the top of the bow that angle towards the front of the hat .. has a white pearl head hat pin , an elastic chin strap .. and 2 clear combs on each side .. stamped Michael Howard in gold on the wool inside and a Miss Biermer cloth label ..the hat measures 8 x 8 and stands 7 in tall .. a little piece of the netting right in the front is broken but hard to notice . Smoke and pet free
