Size 3/4, VTG 90s By Brenner. Space-age, futuristic look w/ huge 'origami' like ruffles at shoulders & hips to emphasize the female form. The main dress fabric is sort of 'brushed' & made to look like suede (with imprints of florals swirling around pressed into it) & the ruffles have a bit shine, made to look like leather--although it is polyester and Machine Washable!!
