This skirt is adorable! It looks like a mini skirt from the front but has shorts underneath. The front is fully pleated but the back is plain plaid shorts. You could make them into shorts if you wanted to. Feels and looks like wool but it’s actually 100% cotton. Brand is the limited. Zips and buttons to close. Tagged as a 16 but this definitely shrunk so please refer to measurements below for best fit. Keep in mind, this has no stretch. No major flaws but this does have some very minor marks which look like they’ll come out with time.
