Limoges Tressman and Vogue Snack Tray 1892-1907 snack tray. The bad news is there is a chip on the underside of the rim.
Now all the good news, the chip is not visible when displayed. This is a very rare piece from Treessman And Vogue. It features and attached condiment bowl and is hand painted to order i believe as, it has a gold emblem in the center of the bowl, during my research I cold not find another Ike it. I am not an expert. I can usually find pieces fairly quickly and found nothing on this exact one.
The Chip on the underbelly in picture #7 and is magnified 3.5xs to show detail. Actually it is just under a quarter inch, and completely invisible when displaying.
