Mabel Lucie Attwell Matted Foil Picture Girl Walking in the Rain With Puppy, Dufex Foil Print
Mabel Lucie Attwell (4 June 1879 – 5 November 1964) was a well known British illustrator who did a series of adorable prints based off the image of her daughter Peggy.
This rare foil print shows a little girl walking in the rain in her blue raincoat and her puppy happily following behind in his own red coat. Print reads on the back: Dufex Prints, FW Warren Ltd., Hitchin Herts, Printed in England #422082.
The print itself measures approximately 5.75" by 7.75", with the matted picture is 10 "by 12".
The foil picture is in excellent condition.
