This is a fantastic vintage Department 56 lit house from the Christmas Carol Series of Dickens Village titled "Scrooge and Marley Counting House". This was one of the earliest Christmas Carol houses produced, introduced in 1986 and retired in 1995. It is rectangular in shape with a bottom story of brick and the second story plastered with shuttered windows. It comes with original lighted cord but it does not have the original box or packaging.
The piece measures 6" high, 6" across and 3" deep. The house is in overall very good vintage condition with no chips, cracks or repairs noted. The white lighted cord is functional with some age related discoloration. Please see pictures for overall condition. Price point reflects the fact that original packaging is not included.
A great vintage piece from the Dickens Village collection that will brighten any holiday decor.
